Programs at LHA are designed to be objective-driven, so that you can enjoy KARATE x BOXING the way you prefer.

Our FIGHT programs focus on combatives, where you will learn how to perform and apply techniques and concepts found in Karate and Boxing.
The individual programs differ in terms of the context (tournament- or martial arts-/ self-defence-focused) that they are practiced for and the level of physical contact (emphasis on solo or partner-based practice) that participants will have with one another. |
Our FLY programs focus on functional fitness and education, (with martial arts and well-being as a reference), with the goal of getting/ staying fit and acquire value-added knowledge and life-skills beyond physical martial arts techniques.
