We're excited that you're about to embark on your martial arts and fitness journey!
This step towards a fulfilling lifelong endeavor might seem daunting at first, but we assure you that it's a lot easier than you think! Simply follow our philosophy- Explore. Enjoy. Elevate. Explore- we've taken care of this part. We've taken two of the most timeless unarmed combat forms, Karate and Boxing, mapped out every possible way we think they can be experienced, and designed our programs to meet your specific goals, whether for sports, self-defence, fitness, or simply, personal empowerment. Then, that's where you come in- Enjoy! Come with an open mind, sweat it out, meet some new friends, ask as many questions as you like; don't stress about not knowing what to do, nor feel embarrassed about being awkward. When focus on having fun, you'll naturally Elevate to a better you, And eventually find yourself amongst many others in the passionate Lionheart community brought together by their love of KARATE. All our programs are beginner-friendly, regardless of your background. If you're not sure about spending yet, no worries! Simply visit a class, watch how it goes, and freely speak to the Coach-Instructor and other participants to find out more. *Subject to Terms of Service Signed up! What's next?
For safety and hygiene reasons, ensure that your fingernails are shortened and rounded-off and your practice outfit is clean. Be dressed in any exercise attire that allows for free movement. No footwear will be required, unless explicitly mentioned by the coach. Arrive at least 10 minutes early to get changed and unwind before the class starts. Our classes start right on time, so be ready to join in as soon as it does.
