I. Application of These Terms and Conditions
These “Terms and Conditions”, as operated by The Lionheart Network, under the brand name, Lionheart Academy (“LHA”), shall govern your relationship with LHA, including but not limited to, the use of the LHA Website  (www.lionheartacademy.sg, the “Website”) and any other associated platforms used by LHA, including Microsoft Bookings and Forms under LHA's account to manage your account, bookings, communication, purchases and registration with LHA, as well as the use of and attendance at the LHA Clubhouse.
By your attendance at LHA and usage of the Website, LHA's related platforms, and facilities, you signify your acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from using the Website or LHA's related platforms, purchasing an LHA class, booking an LHA class, and/or using or attending an LHA class.
LHA has the rights to amend this information without notice. The Terms may be revised at any time by updating this posting. By using the Website or LHA's related platforms, buying LHA Class Packages, booking classes, buying merchandise, your communication with LHA, and your use of and attendance at the LHA Clubhouse and other premises that LHA operates in, you agree to be bound by any such revisions. LHA clients are encouraged to check this document periodically to stay informed of current guidelines.

II. Class Purchases and Bookings
Only New Comers who have never purchased any packages for classes at the LHA Clubhouse can buy a 2-session New Comer Exclusive package without purchasing a Group Class Package or One on One Class Package. More information can be found on www.lionheartacademy/sg/new-to-lha. Otherwise, you will need to sign up for a class via the LHA Website and make the relevant payment before being allowed to attend a class.
 
We highly recommend that you arrive at least ten (10) minutes before the start of your class, to allow for any travel challenges, and simply to give yourself the time to check-in and get ready for class.

III. Late Coming and Early Departure
To avoid disruptions and any compromise to your safety, participants are strongly encouraged to be punctual for class and discouraged from leaving the practice space before the end of class, unless in an emergency. Attendees' re-entry to class when deemed unsafe or disruptive will be at the discretion of the Coach. LHA does not owe any classes to the participant for his/ her lateness and/ or early departure to and from the class.

IV. Classes and Class Packages
Purchases of classes or Class Packages can be made online on the LHA Website. Payments must be made via the registration form and procedures found on the LHA Website only. We accept payments via PayNow. Your Package will initiate on upon approval by the LHA. You can view all Lionheart Academy classes and class prices on the LHA Website.
You cannot gift your classes, redeem them for cash, or sell them outside of LHA. Any classes or Class Packages that have been purchased anywhere other than LHA will not be honored.
No make-ups nor refunds are available for Group Class Packages for whatsoever reason, including for being absent.
One on One Class Packages do note expire. However, one (1) class credit will be deducted from your Class Package for being absent for two (2) consecutive booked classes or for being absent for two (2) consecutive weeks. Attending multiple classes within the week can be done in order to make up for your impending absence for the next two (2) weeks.
Future class prices are subject to change, however, LHA will honor your class or series of classes until all your class credits have been used.
Any special concessions offered by LHA will expire within fourteen (14) days by default, unless otherwise stated.

Should there be special circumstances regarding your ability to complete your package, refer to clause V.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. 

V. Special Circumstances And Right to Transfer of Package
We will grant a one-time transfer at no additional cost per non-shareable Class Package. Transfers can only be done for the remaining amount of class credits. The used credits in the transferred package will not be restored, but continue as it is at the time of transfer. Partial transfers are not allowed.

VI. Retail and Merchandise
All retail and merchandise sales are non-refundable at LHA. All merchandise, with the exception of sale items (if any), may be exchanged within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date, as long as the product is unused and unsoiled, with all tagging still intact. 
LHA will occasionally, at its own discretion, conduct sales on LHA Merchandise and other products. All sales on discounted product are final. Any discounts offered cannot be stacked. Exchanges are not offered on sale products.

VII. Gift A Class Package
You may gift a Class Package using the LHA Website. The gifted package will activate as soon as LHA grants the approval for the participant to start.

VIII. Lost or Damaged Personal Property
Practice locations when LHA programs are conducted may not have lockers to house your personal goods when class is in session. The LHA Clubhouse maintains CCTVs at common areas. Regardless of care taken to avoid loss, LHA is not liable or responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or destruction of personal property within LHA Clubhouse or any other premises it runs it programs at.

IX. Waiver and Release
By signing up for and/or attending classes, events, activities, and other programs and using the premises, facilities and equipment (individually and/or collectively, the "Classes and Facilities") of LHA, you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in practicing martial arts at LHA. You acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries and that LHA and the LHA Team will not be liable for any injury or damage should you choose to participate.
If in the subjective opinion of the LHA staff, you and/or others would be at physical risk using LHA's Classes and Facilities, you may be denied access to the Classes and Facilities.

X. Dispute Resolution
At LHA, we do our best to make sure you have a great experience every time. Whenever someone purchases an LHA class package, we feel indebted to that individual by way of excellent service. We do acknowledge that from time to time, our expectations don’t align. Should this happen, we hope you will give us the opportunity to try to address any challenge you may be facing at LHA. To do that, please e-mail us at sensei@lionheartacademy.sg. Attention: THE LHA MANAGEMENT. Please include: (1) your name, (2) your address, (3) a description of your concerns, and (4) a description of the specific relief you seek.

XI. Links and Third Party Sites
LHA has not reviewed all the sites linked to the Website, and is not responsible for the content or any off-site pages or other linked sites. Although a third-party website may contain the LHA logo, please understand that it is independent from LHA, and that LHA has no control over the content of that website. Going to third party or off-site websites from the Website is at your own risk. These links do not imply endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with LHA.

XII. Intellectual Property Rights
The trademarks of LHA are proprietary to LHA and may not be used by you for any reasons other than as expressly permitted by these Terms. All Website content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces; the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof; and all software are property of, or duly licensed to, LHA. You have the right to view, electronically copy, and print in hard copy portions of the Website for the sole purpose of making class reservations, purchases, or other personal use.
Any other use of materials on the Website, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, without the prior written permission of LHA, is strictly prohibited.
You acknowledge that LHA and/or third-party content providers remain the owners of all Website materials, and that you do not acquire any of those ownership rights by downloading, copying, or using any such material in accordance with these Terms. LHA may discontinue or remove the Website, or any portion thereof, or discontinue your right to use the Website, or any portion thereof, at any time.

XIII. Use of the Site and Studios By Minors
If you are under the age of 16, you must seek the permission of a parent or guardian before accessing and/or making any class bookings through the various booking platforms. Minors under the age of 16 are encouraged to practice alongside a parent or guardian. Lionheart Academy will not be liable for any misuse of the LHA Website.

XIV. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
In no event will LHA be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or other consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website, or on any other linked/third-party website, your purchase of LHA classes, your booking of classes, your purchase of merchandise, your communication with LHA, and your use of and attendance at the premises running LHA programs, including without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs, or other data on your information handling systems or otherwise, including any claims waived by you previously in this agreement even if LHA expressly advised of the possibility of such damage.
All information, goods, services, products and experiences are provided by LHA on an "as-is" basis only. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the goods, services, products and experiences remains with you. Should the goods, services, products and/or experiences prove defective after purchase, you assume the entire cost of such defect. LHA provides no representations and warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are consenting to the use of your images in marketing and promotional materials.

XV. Choice of Law
The Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
