Who is this class for?
Participants aged 15 and above, who are interested to learn and appreciate Boxing to excel in the sport and/ or improve their boxing skills for other combat sports.
How is this class run?
Class theme is decided based on general class progression and competition season.
Based on the selected theme, each class is run according to a specially designed program covering the basics, key techniques and tactics, and physical conditioning.
The instructor facilitates each segment by extracting and imparting expert knowledge from his/ her Boxing experience, with participants helping to uphold a culture of safety, respect, and mutual improvement.
Each class starts and ends with a check-in with all participants and a safety briefing.
The practice space and equipment are cleaned and maintained by participants in respect to our Club culture.

- Solo and Partner-based drills utilising supplementary training tools
- Skills instruction using principles-based approach
- Progressive sparring routines
- Exercises to improve physical durability, mental sharpness, and inculcate a strong fighting spirit
