Participants aged 15 and above, interested in a group exercise program to get functionally fit and stay in shape through a highly stimulating workout program involving a variety of training aids.

How is this class run?
Program sequence are cycled on a monthly basis and generally follows the HIIT protocol.
Depending on the theme of the month, training implements such as striking pads, kettlebells, resistance bands, slam balls, etc. are incorporated to make to provide resistance and simulation during the workout.
Workouts are guided by music playlists to provide the tempo that indicates the exercise intensity.
