Tailored to meet the specific goals of each organization, the program blends individual and partnered practice, incorporating training aids where needed.

Program is tailored according to objectives set by the organization, but generally will consist of:

• Class Opening - "Meditation" and Safety Brief
• Warming-up
• Basics
• Technical Lesson
• Free Play
• Class Closing - "Meditation" and Cleaning-up

Participants also have the opportunity to enroll in other Programs run by LHA
